- Introduction Only Service: Arranging the tenancy (this includes Advertising the property in the local Newspapers & on the Internet via findaproperty.com & propertyfinder.com, finding the Tenant, the taking up References and preparation of the Tenancy Agreement) for the initial period.
- Management Service: For undertaking all of the above, for collecting the said rent and managing the property for the initial and subsequent periods.
- Premier Management & Maintenance Service: This service includes the Management Service above and additionally Breakdown Cover for Electrical, Plumbing & Heating Systems and other Routine Minor Repairs.
